I’ve had the pleasure of attending the Las Negras Songwriting Camps, run by Greig Watts and DWB, three times, and every camp has been an incredible experience.

I was lucky to co-write “Juno,” which went on to place 4th in Malta’s Eurovision Song Contest in 2025, and I also met my co-writer for “Shadows,” which took part in Montenegro’s Montesong for the 2026 ESC.

But for me, the camps are about so much more than the songs. They’ve given me the opportunity to meet some incredibly talented writers, producers and artists, while making great friends, finding new co-writers and building lasting contacts within the music industry.

I love the creativity, energy and collaborative atmosphere at Las Negras. Its something really special, and you can’t beat the setting by the beach too! I’d highly recommend the experience to any songwriter looking to develop their craft, collaborate with great people and create something amazing.
