The real problem

You have talent. But talent alone doesn't get you there.

You may already be releasing music and investing in your career. But without a connected strategy, activity alone can leave you stuck.

01

Too many disconnected moves

More songs. More content. More promotion. More advice. But no single pathway tying it all together.

02

No clear route to the right opportunities

You know opportunities exist, but not which countries, selectors, songs or industry paths make sense for you.

03

No experienced team around you

You are making high-stakes decisions without people who have already operated in the world you are trying to enter.

The problem may not be your talent. The problem may be that you've never had the right songs, strategy, positioning and industry experience around you at the same time.
The transformation

From emerging artist to Eurovision Ready.

Eurovision Ready is a personalized 6-month artist development pathway designed to help serious emerging artists become genuinely competitive for major international opportunities.

This isn't generic coaching. And it isn't another online course.

We assess your music, positioning and opportunities, then build the pathway around what you actually need.

Who you’ll be working with

Greig Watts is a songwriter, producer, co-owner of DWB Music Ltd and Architecture Music Group Ltd (ARC), and author of the Amazon bestseller Keeping the Dream Alive. He served as the Music Consultant for the BBC for the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest, replacing Hugh Goldsmith as the BBC’s Music Consultant for the UK’s Eurovision selection process.

In that role he guided and coordinated public song submissions and professional songwriter entries, helped run songwriting camps, and worked on the selection process for the BBC Two show Eurovision: You Decide, which selected Michael Rice and the song “Bigger Than Us”.

Greig works alongside the rest of the team at DWB Music, who bring the same international experience to every artist on the pathway.

The work behind the moment

Big opportunities are built long before the audition.

The stage is the visible moment. The real work happens months earlier through writing, development and preparation.

Who this is for

We don't accept everyone.

Eurovision Ready is designed for serious emerging artists who have already demonstrated ability and commitment.

You may be a fit if...

✓ You already have genuine singing or performance ability.
✓ You have released music, performed, auditioned or invested seriously in your career.
✓ You want more than another single or a few more streams.
✓ You value direct guidance and industry access.
✓ You are coachable and prepared to execute.

This is not for you if...

× You are starting from zero.
× You want someone else to build your career for you.
× You want passive education instead of hands-on development.
× You are unwilling to invest the work required.
× You expect a guarantee of Eurovision selection.

Application process

What happens after you apply?

01
Accepted

You're a strong fit and DWB currently has capacity to work with you.

02
Waiting List

There may be a fit, but timing, capacity or the next competition cycle makes a later start more appropriate.

03
Not Yet Ready

We don't believe the pathway is right for you today. That doesn't necessarily mean never.

Why now?

Waiting six months can cost you an entire year.

Eurovision runs on real deadlines. Broadcasters open submissions. Songs need time to be written and developed. National selections begin. Audition windows close. Starting earlier gives you time to become ready before the opportunity arrives.

Our delivery commitment

We won't promise what we can't control.

We cannot guarantee Eurovision selection. No one outside the broadcasters and selection processes controls that decision. What we can stand behind is the work we're responsible for. Your personalized pathway will define the agreed development work and deliverables for your 6 months. If you complete the agreed actions on your side and DWB does not complete the agreed deliverables within the 6-month program, we will extend support at no additional coaching cost for up to 60 days while those outstanding deliverables are completed.

Apply now

Your Eurovision journey may take years. Becoming ready doesn't have to.

Tell us where you are now, where you want to go and why you believe you're ready to take the next step.

Applications are reviewed based on talent, commitment, current readiness and fit.
